Tom Guiney’s FREDS Reports

By admin / On / In Members

Attached are Tom Guiney’s reports on Fleet Maintenance and Central Stores. All of these documents were presented to the Multnomah Evolves Steering Committee on May 12th by our union and Tom. This analysis found that the Coraggio Group’s methodology that led to their recommendation of cutting county workers in FREDS was flawed. This research shows that contracting out of FREDS will cost the county a significant amount of money – as opposed to saving it money.
