In Case You Missed It…
A member brought forward that our W-2s were mailed out in non-secured envelopes allowing employee Social Security Numbers, names, wages, etc. to be visible through the envelope.
On March 14th, the County sent out an email apologizing for the incident and offering complimentary credit protection services to all employees who choose to enroll. The services will be provided through IDX and will include credit monitoring for a 12 month period.
Enroll In Credit Protection Services
Employees may enroll in the credit protection services by sending an email to Central Payroll at central.payroll@multco.us with the subject line “Credit Protection Services.” Central Payroll will provide instructions for service set up. The enrollment period for this service will expire after July 11, 2025.
