The Executive Board meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:15 p.m. Any member in good standing is welcome to attend. Registration must be received by 6:00 p.m. the Monday before the Executive Board Meeting. If registration is received after that, we can not guarantee you will be a part of the meeting.

If you would like to request to add an item to the agenda, please fill out the Agenda Form. All agenda items must be received by 8:00 a.m. the Friday before the meeting. If your agenda item is submitted after that, we cannot guarantee that your item will be added to the agenda. Only EBoard members may submit agenda items for Executive Board Meetings.
