The Executive Board typically meets the first Wednesday of every month at 6:15 p.m. Any member in good standing is welcome to attend. This is a special meeting date because of the New Years Day holiday.

Register online by 6:00 p.m. the Monday before the Executive Board Meeting you wish to attend. Use your personal email address. Late registrations are not guaranteed participation.

Request to add an agenda item Submit the webform by 8:00 a.m. the Friday before the meeting. Agenda items submitted after that are not guaranteed to be added to the agenda.
