A new resource is available to help employees understand the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations process in the Multnomah County Health Department. The ADA Launchpad, available on Commons, provides a transparent, step-by-step overview of the entire process. Employees requesting accommodations and their managers will learn more about their roles and what to expect.
The ADA Launchpad fulfills a WESP recommendation to create an online guide to the ADA process in the “ADA Accommodations” equity area. (Executive Summary of recommendations by the Equity Leadership Program)
