Participants will be trained and equipped with strategies and resources to reduce and interrupt implicit bias, which we define as a preference for or prejudice against a person or a group of people.

Participants will explore workplace protections, protected classes, and steps for filing discrimination complaints, in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; and with Oregon’s Bureau of Labor Industries (BOLI).
