Market Adjustment 2025

Our 2025 Market Adjustment Bargaining Campaign is kicking off, and we need your input to build strong wage proposals!

We are conducting market studies for 18 classifications to ensure our wages align with comparable public-sector jobs. Any wage increases we win will be retroactive to July 1, 2025, even if negotiations continue into 2026—meaning back pay once an agreement is reached.
