Members in the general unit overwhelmingly ratified our one-year contract by a margin of nearly 99% of voters (1104 – yes & 13 – no). The Board of Commissioners voted to approve the contract as well and the increase will be observed on your July 31 paycheck. Physicians also approved their one-year contract by a vote of 8 – yes and 1 – no. The Board of Commissioners will be voting to approve that contract on July 23. Both contracts include a 2.9% Cost of Living Adjustment to July 1.
